How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Uhomegadgets (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It is located in my car. Everything works on it. I love that I can use my phone without holding it. It's very convenient!!
Bought this for my boyfriend so he can leave his Z Fold open while driving. You turn it on and off by pressing a button on the front. It can also charge your phone on the stand. It does come with a vent clip. I'd recommend going with this one that's more valuable itm.
This product exceeded my expectations. I drive a Honda Civic and recently purchased a Samsung Z Fold 5 to enhance my outdated GPS software. Since the vent clip is supported by two prongs, I was able to attach it securely to the vent above the speedometer. With the auto-adjusting stand and auto-charging feature, I can easily turn my phone on or off in seconds. When open, the sight line is perfectly positioned (actually better than OEM in the instrument cluster) which makes navigation better than ever! Great product, highly recommended!

充电速度非常快。
想象一下上面的に便利だしマイカーにににしましたリピって公务使用トラックにも付けようと思います。
ただ注意点として，后面的纯のにSペンが付けられるケースは弄うことは出来ませんでした。
るタイプのものだめですね存储在ヒンジ部分。
ヒンジ部分をカバー出来るケースは结构薄くないとその厚みによって付けられない物もあると思います。

This is exactly what I need. It charges your phone while you drive and turn on the screen. It fits exactly 3/4 of the way down. The charging port and button are open in the charger for use. I like it. I've tried all the chargers on Amazon and this is the only one that works. The only thing I want is when the phone is full it should stop like everyone else. I'm a truck driver and it's great. I would say you may need to buy another higher capacity charger.
I am going to buy another one. I like it. I didn't read the description when I ordered. When I got it, I was amazed that it shuts off for you when you put your phone on the stand, and at the push of a button it releases your phone. Wireless charging is great. It held steady even when I went over bumps. I like it.
I've bought a lot of so-called "best stands" for Samsung's line of folding phones, and they all require the phone to be in portrait mode, thus blocking the lock button and volume rocker. Every tumble on the road brings my volume down to 0. The phone itself is also heavy, so after my phone and the stand fell out of the vent a few times, I stopped using the stand together.
This one is different, it doesn't block the buttons, and its third leg locks it securely to my car's air vents from the back, which is very convenient. The plug provided with this product doesn't actually fast charge, but after switching to one of my own, it worked.
